Medifast is a portion controlled, nutritionally balanced, low fat and

individual packets that you mix with water and microwave or

Women contain ‘Medifast 55’ Shakes (90 calories,
11g of protein) and cost $140.50. Variety Packages for Men contain
‘Medifast 70’ Shakes (100 calories, 14g of protein)
