There will be times when you want to binge or your colleagues and friends may invite you for a lunch but you will have to say no and you have to be strong and committed enough to do so. The road to losing weight was not easy but it was possible and today I feel very happy as I have lost almost 60 lbs and am fit and looking forward to living life totally with my family.
